Stand Up for Our Forests! NO to H.R. 865
This bill would exempt forest management activities on federal lands from environmental review and public input under the National Environmental Policy Act. The legislation would remove existing restrictions for logging on national forests related to acreage, road construction, and cutting of old-growth trees.
